ACTIVATING THE FEEDER MOTOR: HCR ELECTRONIC TIMER As a safety measure, your timer is equipped with a 10 amp fuse. This fuse will blow to help prevent damage to the motor, wire insulation and the timer if the running of the motor is restricted in some way. The fuse will need to be removed, the problem corrected and a new fuse inserted. Your timer is a complex electronic device that may require
an occasional adjustment. If the timer appears to reset or be locked where
it does not function, follow these steps:
COMPUCLOCK ELECTRONIC TIMER If you receive a timer that is not functioning - - check to see if the battery still has the plastic wrap on it. If so, remove the plastic and reinsert the battery. *** TIMER SETTING NOTICE*** EVERY TIME YOU PRESS THE HOUR SWITCH IT WILL CHANGE FROM AM MODE TO PM
MODE TO 24 HOUR/MILITARY TIME AND BACK AROUND TO AM MODE, ETC. IF YOU
GO BACK TO CHECK THE FEEDING TIMES YOU HAVE ALREADY SET AND DO NOT MAKE
A CHANGE AT EACH SETTING, THE SETTING PREVIOUSLY SET WILL AUTOMATICALLY
TURN OFF. IF YOU SEE A SETTING THAT DOES NOT HAVE *ON* BY IT - THAT
SETTING IS OFF. **BELOW ARE THE INSTRUCTIONS THAT COME WITH YOUR TIMER**
